Equality
New equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) fields are available on user profiles, meaning you & your clients can record disabilities, ethnicities, religious beliefs and sexual orientations within Breathe.
Security
Employees are now able to set two-factor authentication (2FA) themselves (if disabled for their organisation) and choose the level of security they’d prefer.
Burnout Monitor
The burnout monitor report offers a visual snapshot of up to the top 10 employees at risk of burnout due to extended work periods without taking a holiday, as well as any sickness.
The People Portal Mobile App Has A Brand-New Look
The brand-new dashboard, profile and navigation has landed in the People Portal mobile app. From your new dashboard, you & your employees can:
• See how long it is before your next holiday, as well as the date.
• Quicky see how many days of holiday you have left & sicknesses in the last 12 months.
• See if there are any open sicknesses you need to update.
Following client feedback, we’re excited to tell you that you can now also give Kudos using the Breathe People Portal mobile app.
