Writing job descriptions /job adverts
Working together with a client, we will discuss what is required, identify the key features and minimum expectations. We will then prepare a clear, realistic, description and professional job advertisement to be aimed at your target audience.
We will organise and manage the job advertisement process using the correct platform to attract the right candidate. We can manage the external job boards so that you are not sifting through lots of applications. All CV’s will be screened by us and we will provide you with a shortlist for interview against your key requirements. We will also deal with unsuccessful candidates in a professional manner to protect your brand.
First stage telephone applications
Where required the shortlist of candidates can be contacted and asked to undertake a first stage telephone interview to further analyse their CV and personality. Those successful will be invited to meet the client and be interviewed for the position.
Interview aftercare, feedback & references
Where required we can be actively involved in the interview process and provide assessment of candidates. We will also deal with feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates following interview.
The interviews are complete, and the successful candidate chosen! We will prepare and liaise with the successful candidate including job offer, employment checks and referencing.
