Andy Phillpot

Andy Phillpot FCIPD

Andy established Businessynergy in 2003, to provide small and medium-sized businesses access to a similar level of HR expertise that larger companies enjoy. After all, they face the same kinds of day to day people issues. Andy’s commercial approach to HR issues comes from his 25-year career working within HR and senior business banking roles. He is interested in business and is recognised for being able to quickly analyse people and performance issues and to identify pragmatic solutions.

Eve joined Businessynergy in 2017 – her HR background is from the Hotel & Hospitality sector where she was acknowledged as being a skilled and thorough HR generalist. She works hard at establishing trusted relationships with clients and her positive and professional approach can always be relied upon.

Rebecca Brown

Rebecca Brown

Rebecca joined in 2020 in a supporting role for the team. Her Marketing background has naturally progressed into working all digital aspects of the business, including writing website copy, regular blogs and social media updates
