They say time seems to go faster as you get older and I know that if there was a mathematical formula I would be pretty old! Where has 2017 gone?
Anyway, our thoughts are already turning towards 2018 and we are working hard on making sure our clients are ready for the introduction of GDPR in May. Page 2 of the newsletter explains why we think this might be a big deal for employers.
In addition to GDPR we foresee recruitment being even more challenging in 2018 and the uncertainty around Brexit is not making it any easier. We are working with clients to increase the odds of finding the best candidates so please speak to Eve on how we can help you.
